All packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail or Insured First Class Mail to the Continental US.

Cost of Shipping and Handling
Our web site will automatically calculate the correct shipping and handling charges for your order in your shopping bag.

All orders will be shipped within 2 weeks of receipt-contingent on availability. If the item is out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you via email.

Your order cannot be completed without a valid email address.

You should receive your order within 2-3 days after shipment. That is the delivery period quoted by USPS for all Priority Mail Deliveries.

Please add $7.95 to the standard shipping and handling chart for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

If you require next day delivery, we will confirm the availability of the item via email. If the item is available, we will add $15.95 additional shipping and handling charges for Express Mail.
If the item is not available, we will let you know via email and consider the order canceled unless you inform us otherwise.

International Orders
We will ship internationally after a money order in US Dollars is received. We will ship Global Priority Mail. Please allow 4 to 6 days for delivery. Add an additional $5.95 for shipping and handling.

Returns / Adjustments

Jewelry by Starlight stands behind the quality of all of our jewelry. and all our products are covered by our LIMITED warranty.

Limited Warranty

If the product is determined (within 7 days of the confirmed USPS delivery date) to have a manufacturers defect, we will repair or replace the piece at no cost.

If you are not happy with your selection, you may return it within 3 days of confirmed USPS receipt date with an authorization number. In order to receive this authorization number, you must email sales@jewelrybystarlight.com with your name, date of purchase, item number, item name/description, your email address, daytime telephone number and reason for the return. At that time you may receive online store credit.

In order to have your purchase credited back to your credit card, the item must not be worn and in the original packaging when returned. If the item is received within 3 days of the confirmed USPS receipt date in unused condition, we will credit your account less the cost of shipping and handling.

Credits will not be issued for items that do not have a return authorization number, that are designated as "SALE" or a "TRUNK SHOW" item.

All return packages must be prepaid, insured for your own protection (as we are not responsible for items lost during shipping) and in the original packaging with the original invoice. We do not accept items that are not shipped in a box as the jewelry may get damaged during transit. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Once the item is sold we cannot be responsible for damages due to misuse, modification, negligence or general wear.

Included with each shipment are easy-to-follow instructions for returning merchandise. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

You must ship returned merchandise via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail including insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes as UPS and FedEx will not ship to a post office box. Jewelry by Starlight does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package(s) are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

By law, pierced earrings are not returnable.

Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise credit only.

If you return a product outside the return guidelines listed above, your credit or exchange may be delayed or refused.

Caring For Your Jewelry

Congratulations on your Jewelry by Starlight purchase. We hope it enhances your personal style and brings you much pleasure. We want to help you keep your jewelry looking great for years to come. Below you can find instruction on how to care for your jewelry. All fine jewelry should be cleaned often to maintain its beauty and prevent oxidation, and build up from hand creams and soap.

It is up to you how often you choose to clean your jewelry, but always handle with love and care so that your piece will last for years to come.

Cleaning
We recommend using household soapy ammonia and a soft bristled toothbrush. First, dip jewelry and toothbrush in clean water. Now dip the toothbrush into the ammonia and brush piece gently. Rinse well with clean water and pat dry with soft cloth.

Storage
Storing your jewelry in an air tight container or plastic sealable bag will help protect your jewelry and help prevent oxidation of your Sterling silver jewelry.

Order Status

To check the status of your online order, please send an email to sales@jewelrybystarlight.com mentioning your name and order number.

Phone or Fax Orders

Although we encourage our customers to place their orders using our secure online ordering system, you can place an order by email, telephone or by fax.

To place a telephone order, select the items you wish to order and call us at 1-888-682-STAR (7827) or (972) 740-7475. To place an order by fax, please send us a list of the items you are requesting including the item number, quantity of each, your name and daytime telephone number to (817) 488-3772. You should receive a call by the next business day to complete your order. To place an order via email, please send us a list of the items you are requesting including the item number, quantity of each, your name, daytime telephone number and your email address to sales@jewelrybystarlight.com. You should receive a response via email by the next business day in order to complete the order.
