Bios

Amber Duckworth is the creative force behind Jewelry by Starlight. Amber is a Native Texan and has been designing and creating beautiful jewelry for over 15 years. Amber is constantly developing new techniques with the materials she works with daily. "With each piece of jewelry that I design, I strive to make it better than the last," says Amber. As the founder of her own jewelry company, Amber has been able to turn her passion into a career since 2002. Amber says, "Joining forces with two of my life long friends is an exciting opportunity to continue my passion by creating quality, handmade pieces which is the Jewelry by Starlight brand!"

Dian Daniel is an entrepreneur in every sense of the word. She owns and operates multiple businesses, designs her own custom line of fine jewelry, and is developing a world wide organization that honors and empowers people to unleash their entrepreneurial spirit and create their life by their own design. "Who wouldn't want to start a business with their best friends and play together doing what they love," Dian says about joining forces with Amber and ReJana to form DoReLu Inc. Dian is responsible for the finance and operations departments for Jewelry by Starlight, but says that the three partners share in all of the responsibilities and make every decision as a team. "Bringing treasured, handmade, extraordinary jewelry to the masses is an expression of all three of us," Dian says. There is no accident the three long time friends are now partners in this fabulous endeavor.

ReJana Krause is the sales and marketing arm of our company. She is an entrepreneur at heart and loves having her own business to develop. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies and has been responsible for marketing some of the world's biggest brands. She brings her expertise and skills to Jewelry by Starlight and truly enjoys working with their customers and boutique owners. When approached to be a part of this great venture, she jumped at the chance. "What's better than working in a fabulous industry with two of your best friends," ReJana said when asked why she chose to be a part of DoReLu. ReJana is looking forward to what the future holds and sees the Jewelry by Starlight brand adding new lines and pieces in the near future. "Stay tuned…..we're just getting warmed up," she adds as we talk about the future of the company.
